When Marco Rubio was a senator, he not only praised USAID but urged Biden to increase its funding, Now Rubio as Secretary of State he says nothing–didn’t take him long to become a sycophant and toady of Trump. Got to ask yourself “how does Rubio look himself in the mirror”.
