For as much as you have done it unto the least of these you have done it unto me. This is a biblical quote that is ignored by the Republicans in government. Mike Johnson said with a straight face that we had to get rid of USAID and funding for PBS and NPR. He said we needed to get rid of USAID’s $8 billion dollars, but Marco Rubio said that it was about the best money we could spend and he even told Biden that we should increase it’s funding. USAID provided vaccinations and AIDS medicine for AIDSD victims in Africa. It also went to world wide disasters to help. When the earthquake in Myanmar happened China, Japan and India helped but 3 Americans went and found out upon getting there that their jobs had been eliminated. Millions of people will starve and die from diseases because we ended USAID, and what does Rubio say when confronted by Congress about people dying? He said no one was dying but someone held up a poster of a dead child due to this end of aid. He, just like the rest of the Administration, continues to tell one lie after another. These behaviors are not the behavior of a compassionate Christian nation. PBS/NPR is unfunded because the small $1.1 billion used annoys Trump because they don’t “suck up” to him. He is a bully and like all bullies he is a coward. Remember that what they did caused deaths and will cause millions of deaths in the future among the least of these. This is not what a Chrisian nation does. Back to Johnson who said that these 2 things had to be eliminated because government was too big and we have to reduce spending. Lets get rid of all those aids that the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches have. Fire them just like all those thousands of honest hard working people that DOGE fired. No more salary and benefits for them just like all the government workers they fired. That would reduce the size of government and cut spending. Also, eliminate medical, dental and retirement for all those elected officials and the Supreme Court–another monetary savings here. Hey, Mike Johnson, pay for your own insurance and put money away for retirement and get rid of the gym for Legislators. If they want to go to a gym, let them pay for a gym membership like the rest of us have to do. Mikle you are not a good liar. We are not stupid. We can see you for what you are and for what the rest of Republicans have become. When deciding what to do our government should refer to my opening sentence and do the following: “So act that what you do creates the greatest good for the greatest number of people.” We are watching and we will vote you out.
