Our next tinfoil hat recipient has to be our Secretary of Defense, that Trump has renamed War Department, Pete Hegseth has a serious drinking problem. Former Fox coworkers said they could smell alcohol on his breath when working on Fox. He had several excessive drinking situations but don’t worry. Hegseth said not a drop of alcohol would he consume if he was named Secretary of Defense, I don’t know about you but I can sleep soundly at night with this promise. We all know that people with a drinking problem will not consume alcohol if they say that they would refrain. Right, and I got a bridge to sell you if you believe that or maybe some swampland in Florida. His qualifications–he was one of more than twenty former Fox employees and he was in the military but did not lead any sizable group of people. My nephew was in the army and drinks alcohol daily; so maybe he qualifies for the position. While Secretary of Defense he held a group talk about an ongoing miliary operation on an unsecured line. This was found out when he accidentally include a journalist in the call. I am sure he had done this before but was not found out. This is dangerous to our troops but I’m sure Russia, China, and Iran and any other adversary would like to hack his insecure talks. He should be fired but Trump won’t do this because the only thing that Trump values is abject loyalty. Trump wants generals like Hitler had–generals that swore allegiance to him. Trump said this and many generals have been removed for not being loyal to hm Hegseth fired the head of the Pentagon’s main intelligence branch because he said that our bombing Iran’s nuclear research facility only set back Iran’s program by a few months contradicting Trump’s statement that it was totally obliterated. Also he fired Vice Admiral Nancy Lacore chief of Naval Reserve and Rear Admiral Milton Sands, a navy seal officer overseeing Naval Special Warfare Command. These firings weakens our nation’s ability to defend itself. A small price to pay if it insures total loyalty to our authoritarian in chief.
