The U.S. government has been “borrowing” money from Social Security. I use quotes because the federal government has for the last 40 years the federal government has stolen more than $2.8 TRILLION DOLLARS from the Social Security Trust Fund. I say stolen because our government hAs NOT ASKED US TO BOREROW THE MONEY. They just took it and does not pay it back. I don’t know where you come from, but where I come from when someone takes something that belongs to me and does not return it it is called stgealing. And now Social Security is on the verge of insolvency and if nothing is done by 2033 benefits will be reduced across the board by 23%; and if the government continues to raid Social Security benefits could be reduced by more. Musk called Social Security a Ponzi Scheme. It is not; it is money that I earned and you earned. It is our money and it is being taken and this money is the people’s hard earned retirement. The money must be returned and we can start gaining our money back by immediately terminating the income and retirement of Congress and the Executive branch and cancelling their insurance. After all this is what is happening to those relying on Social Security for retirement income. What to do? Contact your Senators and members of the House and demand that they put an end to this raping of Social Security. Demand that your senator and Congressperson to contact you and not just a form letter. Do not just email them; call them and this is just what I intend to do.
