Denmark is an ally and part of NATO and has been a defender of freedom. During WW II the Danes spirited Jewish children out ofg Denmark to safety to neutral Sweeden. During our wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, Denmark contributed forces to the conflict and this small country had more casualties per capita than we did. During WW II and the cold war we had thousands of troops stationed in multiple bases in Denmark but gradually we began removing troops and closing bases (Denmark did not ask us to leave). We left by our own choosing. Denmark has said that we can open as many bases and station as many troops as we want, but Trump has decided to bully little Denmark and threaten to take Greenland. This is a typical stunt done by bullies who are usually cowards and only bully those who are weaker. Venezuela (take their oil), threaten a democracy — Columbia which has been working with us for decades fighting drug trafficking and another democracy–Mexico. As I have said bullies are cowards. You don’t see him bullying Putin (his good buddy) or XI. Remember Trumps bone spurs that got him out of Viet Nam but miraculously disappeared after the Vietnam War ended. Maybe He went to one of those faith healers. If so maybe i could get that guy to heal my bad knees. Denmark is a member of NATO and if Trump tries to send troops to occupy Greenland, our military should refuse to comply, but don’t be surprised if he sends troops in and generals complied. Remember after Trump became president, he fired top generals. Why? Remember during his last presidency he said he wanted generals like Hitler had–loyal to him. That is what Trump wants. Where are the Republicans in Congress going to grow some backbone and stand up. If he tries to take Greenland, he should be impeached but I doubt the bootlisdkers in Congress have the courage to do the right thing. Remember vote them out!
